In this exciting collaboration with the House of Suntory, whisky connoisseurs will enjoy smooth, aromatic notes of exquisite Japanese whiskies whilst savouring an exclusive 6-course Whisky Dinner curated by Master Chef Leung Wing Cheung of Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant.

In an ode to refined Cantonese cuisine, Chef Leung will feature his signature dishes, showcasing his mastery of varied culinary styles. Paired with these exquisite culinary creations, enjoy a line-up of six distinctive Japanese whiskies presented by the acclaimed Japanese whisky house.

With reference to the beautiful colour of the ocean (碧, Ao in Japanese), start off on a culinary journey to traverse the smoky, fruity notes of the Suntory Ao, paired with Marinated Jellyfish with Baby Abalone, Celtuce and Peppercorn and Fried Beancurd Skin with Salted Egg Yolk.
