Indulge in a symphony of authentic Penang signature dishes, each carefully curated by our esteemed guest chefs, Chef Khor and Chef Zakry from Rasa Sayang Resort and Golden Sands Resort. Hailing from the heart of Penang, these culinary maestros infuse their expertise and boundless passion into every plate.

As guests step into Lemon Garden, they will discover a unique and exciting addition: dedicated stalls throughout the venue, each representing a culinary journey of its own. Imagine wandering from stall to stall, guided by the alluring aroma of aromatic lobak, the sizzle of savory Hokkien mee on a hot plate, and the delightful hiss of oyster omelettes. The Lobby Lounge offers a delectable array of savoury and sweet treats that pay homage to Malaysia’s diverse culinary heritage with Taste of Malaysia Afternoon Tea set. Relish savoury selections, including the captivating spicy “Otak-Otak” fish mousse served on charcoal brioche, the masala cured trout paired with tamarind aioli puri, the braised lamb and potato curry pie and more. For those with a sweet tooth, the culinary journey takes an indulgent turn with the passion mango sago mousse, Jack fruit cheesecake, the rose bandung cendol dome, plain scones, pandan raisin scones, and accompanying raspberry jam, whipped butter, and clotted cream. To make the occasion even more special, guests can choose to upgrade their experience with a glass of Chandon Garden Spritz.

The ‘Taste of Malaysia’ Afternoon Tea set is available from 31st August to 17th September 2023, 3.00pm – 6.00pm, priced at RM148 nett per set and RM248 nett per set with a glass Chandon Garden Spritz.

For those craving the lusciousness of local produce, the Chocolate Mousse with Pisang Emas (1 kg) offers a heavenly combination. The uniquely crafted Otak-Otak Croissant (100g per piece) seamlessly fuses the traditional and the avant-garde, while the Merdeka Praline (25 pcs per box) captivates with its elegance and richness.
