Presented on Diplomat Bar’s signature hot-air-balloon stand, each tier is a visual and culinary celebration -designed for leisurely afternoons, refined conversation and indulgent moments.

A culinary journey through London’s teatime heritage
Crafted for discerning palates, the 12-course menu offers British-inspired savouries and sweets, each elevated with global flair and premium ingredients.

Savouries include:

• Beetroot Gravlax Salmon – Saffron bread topped with cream cheese, lemon zest, dill and beetroot-cured salmon.
• Truffled Free-Range Egg – Herb bread layered with creamy egg salad, white truffle essence, yolk crumble and spring onion.
• Classic Cucumber – Whole wheat bread with cream cheese, Japanese cucumber and fresh garden herbs.
• Tomato and Basil Chicken – Cocoa bread with pesto-marinated chicken,
• Parmigiano Reggiano, tomato jam and toasted pine nuts.
• Roasted Cauliflower Tart – Caramelized cauliflower purée with saffron-pickled cauliflower, feta, walnut and sundried tomato.
• Scotch Egg – Herb-crusted minced beef encasing a free-range egg, served with tangy tomato chutney.

• Sticky Brownie – White chocolate brownie with vanilla cream and brown butter sablé.
• Strawberry Cheese Tart – Cream cheese and strawberry purée on a pistachio base.
• Lemon Posset Brûlée – Silky lemon curd with honey sponge, honeycomb tuile and Conrad rooftop honey.

Royal Blush – Tanqueray Gin, rose syrup, lime, egg white, Creole bitters.
Lavender Crown – Beefeater Gin, lavender syrup, lime juice, butterfly pea juice, tonic water.
