Butcher & Still Sunday breakfast launch: Sunday morning rituals have just gotten that bit more exciting at Abu Dhabi’s beloved 1920s Chicago-inspired steakhouse. Housed at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, the engaging venue elevates weekends with the launch (16 March) of its all-new Sunday breakfast experience. Known for its timeless charm and signature American fare, Butcher & Still is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm every Sunday, offering guests a relaxed yet indulgent breakfast that extends well into the afternoon.

Featuring eye-catching leather banquettes, rich wood floors, a stunning terrace with picturesque views, and Prohibition-era cocktails, the venue brings an old-school charm to modern-day Abu Dhabi. Guests can expect an authentic American steakhouse experience, complete with specially selected prime cuts of American beef, all served in a sophisticated and chic setting.

Expect a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for late risers and weekend revellers alike. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the terrace while sipping on crafted beverages and savouring an array of enticing gourmet dishes. The experience is further enhanced by a live jazz band performing from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, blending smooth jazz with classic American hits, setting the tone for a leisurely, indulgent morning.

One of the highlights of the extensive breakfast menu is the signature B&S Benedict, an elevated take on the classic eggs Benedict, comprising a reimagined English muffin with a unique shape and cooking technique, complete with Hollandaise sauce and a poached egg. Guests can further the indulgence by pairing their B&S Benedict with timeless favourites such as Smoked Salmon and Florentine.

For those seeking bold, innovative flavours, diners can opt for the Alaskan King Crab & Truffle Benedict, which pairs the buttery richness of Alaskan King Crab with earthy truffle notes, or choose the indulgent Smoked Short Rib Benedict, showcasing 24-hour slow-cooked short rib topped with house-made BBQ sauce.

Beyond the Benedicts, the menu offers a diverse selection of sharing plates and individual dishes. Communal options such as the Cheese Fondue and Josper Sausage Platter invite guests to enjoy a social dining experience, while lighter bites such as the Atlantic Salmon, Smash Cheeseburger, and Veal Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant cater to more personal preferences.

Traditional American breakfast staples also feature prominently, with fluffy pancakes, golden waffles, delicate crêpes, crispy bacon, hash browns, and a variety of eggs all available. The Ribeye Steak & Eggs pays homage to hearty American breakfasts, while the iconic Reuben Sandwich, layered with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on rye bread, brings a satisfying, nostalgic touch.

To complement the meal, guests can savour a selection of drinks, including a nutrient-packed Breakfast Energy Booster with carrot, cucumber, celery, kale, and spinach, and the tropical Mango and Passion Fruit Colada. If one decides to end weekend celebrations on an even higher note, Butcher & Still boasts a rotating menu of tantalising breakfast cocktails, blending delightful flavours and creative twists.

The steakhouse’s Sunday breakfast promises a unique blend of incredible flavour, liberating music, and an unrivalled ambience, creating the ultimate weekend escape.
