Black live jazz returns to The Living Room as a new chapter in Bangkok’s musical legacy

The lights dim, the first note resonates, and the heartbeat of Bangkok’s jazz scene returns. The Living Room, long celebrated as the city’s most iconic jazz sanctuary, reopens its stage to a new generation of artists – each chosen for their artistry, soul, and passion. This is not just a revival; it is a renaissance of sound, spirit, and sophistication.

From award-winning vocalists to prodigious pianists, the lineup is a curated symphony of talent:

  • Berlin – A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist redefining Bangkok’s live music scene.
  • Penny and the Cats Quartet – A sophisticated ensemble led by Penny’s velvety voice.
  • Pawin – A prodigious jazz pianist whose fingers dance with emotion.
  • Natasha Oong – Founder of Mellow Motif, blending jazz and Brazilian rhythms into global acclaim.
  • The Hot Club of Siam – Reviving Django Reinhardt’s timeless spirit with mesmerizing sound.
  • Bump – A masterful pianist and Mahidol University instructor with global collaborations.
  • Roykhien Wanglert – An award-winning pianist gracing Bangkok’s most prestigious stages.
  • Pim Nissawara – A jazz vocalist echoing the grace of legends like Sarah Vaughan.

The Living Room

  • Pimchu – A rising talent with effortless range and stage presence.
  • Nurse and her Jazz Cats – A soulful voice inspired by Billie Holiday and Nina Simone.
  • Motherfunky – A funk-soul collective with smooth grooves and Wonderfruit Festival fame.
  • Palm – A smooth-voiced vocalist blending jazz roots with R&B flair.
  • Najwa Ora – A soul-pop songstress mixing modern soul with vintage melodies.
  • Faii – A graceful vocalist bringing jazz-infused interpretations to Bangkok’s chic venues.
  • Angie – A powerful jazz voice commanding Bangkok’s most exclusive stages.
  • Lee Broz – The art of soulful swing.
  • May Fonpa – A celebrated vocalist and multi-instrumentalist performing in Thai, English, and French.

Every performance is more than music – it is a story reborn, a memory reignited, and a promise that The Living Room will once again be the soul of Bangkok nights.
