Renaissance Bangkok Saturday brunch news: Twice per month, the ‘Brunch Breeze Saturday’ is on at La Tavola, the downtown Bangkok Italian dining attraction, promising an “unforgettable culinary experience designed to elevate your Saturdays to new heights”.

Diners can here immerse themselves in a diverse array of Italian dishes, both savoury and sweet, presented through this delectable brunch buffet, at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.

It is an exclusive setting with sumptuous Italian cuisine and with freshly shucked oysters on display. Cold cuts, cheese and various salads are presented inside the entrance, while the exclusive dining seats share space with La Tavola’s open kitchen further inside with its terracotta food display counter. Opt from semi-circle wall dining sofas, or one of the four-seater tables, which consist in four l-form brown leather sofas, that are in turn part of an x-shape and thus face four different directions.

The menu includes a variety of stations offering a rich tapestry of Italian flavours. From appetizers to pass-around items, and an all-you-can-eat mini menu features Insalata, Raw Bar, Antipasto+, Cold cut, Cheese, Pizza, Pasta, Risotto, Soup, Main course, and Pasticceria, each perfectly crafted to conclude your brunch experience.

Tomato soup as soup of the day – that Italian tomato flavour is unbeatable!

Branzino Cartoccio (Paper baked sea bass fillet with fregula, capper and parsley), Salsicia Italiana (Grilled Italian sausage with mash potato) and Parmigiana Di Melanzane (Baked eggplant with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese) are among the main courses cooked a la minute.

Other highlighted items include Chef’s choice Seafood Crudo, such as fresh tuna, salmon, and scallop served with colatura orange sauce, capper lemon sauce, and tomato fresco dressing, Fresh Shucked Oysters served with lemon wedges, chili, lime sauce, mignonette, horseradish, and cocktail.

Experience the freshness of Caesar Salad prepared tableside, relish the taste of melting cheese with our Cheese Fondue and condiments, enjoy the momemade sausage and truffle cream in the Pappardelle Norcina pasta and the classic Risotto Carbonara. The buffet also features Controfiletto di manzo con salsa verde (Grilled Australian 150-days Beef Striploin) served with salsa verde, an individual-sized Cinque Terre seafood stew with baked semolina dough, and traditional Italian desserts such as Pana Cotta and Tube-shaped Cannoli filled with ricotta cheese. And a touch of Asia: Mango cheese cake.

Brunch Breeze Saturday is priced at THB 1,680++ per person and is available on the second and
last Saturday of the month, including July 13th and July 27th, 2024 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm at La Tavola on the 3rd floor, Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.
