The main course options are sure to entice, with each selection offering a unique culinary experience. The Sous Vide Turkey Breast, paired with traditional stuffing, evokes the warmth and nostalgia of holiday gatherings. Alternatively, the Wild Winter Mushroom Risotto provides a comforting embrace with its creamy texture and earthy flavours, celebrating the season’s bounty. With a nod to coastal inspiration, the Pan-Fried French Sea Bass Filet presents a mild and delicate taste, complemented by Provençal vegetables and a smooth Jerusalem artichoke puree.

Salon Lanson proudly introduces its inaugural afternoon tea, featuring an exquisite selection of winter-themed sweet and savoury treats.

Of special note is the Quail and Foie Gras Pithivier, which delivers a hint of gamey allure that captures the essence of the season. The Bûche de Noël showcases a rich chocolate sponge enveloping a creamy filling, meticulously crafted to resemble a traditional log. The Red Velvet Cake with Pandan Cream harmonises classic red velvet with fragrant pandan-infused cream, reflecting the vivid colours of the holiday season.

This elegant experience is complemented by a glass of Saicho sparkling tea, available in Darjeeling or Hojicha flavour. The refreshing notes of Saicho enhance the delicacies, transforming a leisurely afternoon into a sophisticated celebration of taste. Guests ordering two sets will receive a complimentary bottle of special edition Saicho jasmine tea (750ml) to take home.
