ibis Styles, the design-forward brand bringing individuality to economy travel, has announced the launch of ibis Styles Phuket Bangtao in south Thailand. This opening introduces a fun and design-forward spirit to one of the island’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. The hotel offers an inspiring experience for curious travellers to relax and explore.

Rooted in reliability and brought to life through bold, playful design, ibis Styles Phuket Bangtao reflects the brand’s belief in freedom of expression and the power of design to shape experience. Inspired by the theme, ‘Andaman Coastal Life‘, the hotel celebrates the social energy of Phuket’s west coast and the ever-changing hues of the Andaman Sea, capturing the effortless rhythm of coastal living.

Located just a short stroll from Bangtao Beach, the interiors draw inspiration from the meeting of sand and sky, combining clean lines and an airy, minimalist feel with sun-washed textures, sandy tones and playful coral accents to create a bright, easy-going space full of character and energy.

Bright, colourful and generously sized, the hotel’s 138 trendy rooms and suites are thoughtfully designed, and each equipped with the signature ibis Styles Sweet Bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Dining at the hotel reflects Phuket’s vibrant culinary scene with three distinctive venues. Carmine’s Restaurant takes inspiration from New York and classic Italian kitchens, serving soulful flavours rooted in cherished family recipes. The Sun Flyer Rooftop Bar offers a lively Miami-inspired setting to take in sunset views and evening energy. The Lobby Bar provides a casual spot for artisan coffee, signature drinks and light bites throughout the day.
