Tuck into an amazing array of delicacies, including fresh oysters and seafood on ice, premium cold cuts and cheeses, salads and soups, a live pasta station, Japanese delights, a Thai corner, kids’ dishes and more. At the sizzling barbecue, chefs will be grilling succulent seafood and prime meats to-order, including lobster, tiger prawns, squid, Australian ribeye steaks, New Zealand lamb and more, and of course, diners can enjoy traditional roasted Christmas turkey and honey-glazed ham, followed by plenty of traditional sweet treats.
Throughout the night, guests will be kept fully entertained with a live band and fire show, and Santa Claus will be taking time out of his busy schedule to visit the resort and deliver gifts to kids!
