Edge restaurant Pan Pacific Singapore presents: ‘Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore’ From 9 July until 9 August 2024, celebrate Singapore’s National Day month at Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning buffet restaurant, with Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team presenting a special buffet.
This buffet theme pays homage to the melting pot of cultures that define Singapore, with signature Singaporean gems, such as Peppery Teochew Bak Kut Teh, Braised Soya Duck and Peanut with Yam Rice, and Bak Chor Mee. Other heritage classics that are sure to entice discerning palates include Singapore Laksa with Baby Lobster, Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly with Lotus Bun, Teochew Steamed Local-farmed Golden Pomfret, Nyonya Chap Chye, Kueh Pie Tee, Popiah, and more.
A local dessert affair awaits diners – From golden Deep-fried Durian, Banana & Chempedak Ball, to the National Day signature Chempedak Cake, Durian Pengat, Milo Dinosaur Panna Cotta, Lychee Bandung Compote Trifle, Kopi O Cake, Onde Lamington, Pulut Hitam Soup, an assortment of charming Rainbow Roti Ice Cream Sandwiches, and more.
