InterContinental Singapore Lobby Lounge: Having recently undergone a brand revitalisation, this deluxe hotel lounge pulsates with continuous product innovations as they unveil an array of new decadent offerings for the New Year.

Proudly crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh and his culinary team, the refreshed selection showcases the property’s contemporary yet heritage-forward identity that continues to establish the hotel’s position as an exceptional dining experience in the heart of the city. Starting 2 January 2024, diners can look forward to the all-new Blooming Abundance Afternoon Tea and Kid’s Afternoon Tea sets along with a brand-new selection of handcrafted sweets and pastries from 12 January 2024, that are perfect for all occasion.

Starting 12 January 2023, dive into a world of gastronomic opulence as Chef Jason Goh unveils his newest innovations along with The Lobby Lounge’s all-time favourites, a gallery of handcrafted cakes and pastries that redefine indulgence. Baked fresh daily, these exquisite creations are meticulously crafted to showcase a balance in flavours and textures, a reflection of Chef Jason’s baking philosophy. Delight in the decadence of the Chocolate Royal, savour the perfect balance of the signature InterContinental Baked Cheesecake, and experience the fusion of flavours in the Peanut Banana Cake. From tarts adorned with exotic fruit and bourbon vanilla in the Bourbon Vanilla Tart to the floral notes of the Lychee-Rose Mousse Cake, each offering is a culinary masterpiece.

A masterpiece that epitomises the perfect balance of textures and flavours, the InterContinental Baked Cheesecake is another signature indulgence featuring a luscious mix of mixed nut crumble, citrus-infused Philadelphia cheese, and luscious sour cream Chantilly. Earl Grey and Raisin Muffin, and Yuzu-Lemon Muffin: An elevated experience from the regular muffins, delight in the new Earl Grey and Raisin Muffin, infused with the fragrant notes of Earl Grey and filled with a luscious Vanilla Custard, or opt for the refreshing Yuzu-Lemon Muffin for a citrusy delight. Sicilian Green Pistachio Croissant: Experience the decadent indulgence of the new Sicilian Green Pistachio Croissant, each flaky layer generously filled with Sicilian Pistachio for the nutty flavours and buttery goodness.

Giant Caramel Palmier: Delight in the crunchy and buttery caramelised layers of the palm-sized Giant Caramel Palmier, adorned with delicate almond flakes and drizzled with dark chocolate. Pine Nut and Pecan Tartlet: Savour the delightful crunch of the new Pine Nut and Pecan Tartlet. All-new three-tier seasonal afternoon tea set: Blooming Abundance Afternoon Te
Capturing the essence of the season, embark on an elegant afternoon tea experience at The Lobby Lounge from 2 January to 17 April 2024. The new Blooming Abundance Afternoon Tea set beautifully blends the essence of oriental cuisine with classic afternoon tea elements, curated to symbolise the blossoming of a new year.

Indulge in the savouries that offer an innovate take on popular Asian dishes such as the aromatic Drunken Chicken with Leek, Celery and Hua Tiao Chiew, Mini Abalone featuring Blue Pea Glutinous Rice, Chicken Char Siew Kong Bak Pao and Spicy Chilli Crab Quiche. Delight in the exquisite sweet treats including the Tropical Violet Tartlet, Golden Fortune, Oriental Ruby Cake, Kurogoma Ryokucha Roll, and Blood Peach Financier, each a masterpiece of flavours and textures.

Completing the elegant afternoon tea experience are the crowd pleasers – Chef Jason’s signature house-made scones which changes with the seasons. Kicking off the New Year are savoury Dragon’s Eye Scones with longan added into the classic afternoon tea must-have and Classic English Buttermilk Scones.
