Volti Shangri-La Bangkok: Ciao, Volti! The famous specialty restaurant returns to the riverside hotel, after two years of absence, on April 28, 2023 as Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar.

The re-envisioned Volti showcases the world’s finest meats, cooked in authentic Tuscan smoked and wood-fire style. Starting from the very pinnacle of beef, a full-blood 100% Japanese Wagyu (A5), the rarest and highest grade of Wagyu found in Japan. Also available is the Australian Angus (MBS3+), with the highest score of Angus beef from Darling Downs, Queensland. The winner of the best Angus steak award, this meat is prized for its tenderness and robust beef flavour. Another great choice is the F1 Wagyu (MBS 7+), which received the highest score for Australian F1 Wagyu.

Meat is cooked to perfection over the Austrian-designed Charcoal Grill, basted in ginger, infused with Wagyu fat, and served on Himalayan salt blocks to ensure the steak temperature is maintained with every bite.

Volti’s interior immerses diners in an urban Italian-chic atmosphere with panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River and the hotel’s tropical swimming pool. Diners can enjoy signature drinks at the cosy lounge and stylish bar on the first and third levels of the venue.

Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar’s re-opens with new Executive Italian Chef, Bruno Ferrari. Chef Bruno was previously named ‘Best Young Chef Patron’ by Michelin Guide, Italy and received his first Michelin star in 2008 for Wien Turin Restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland.

“Volti’s menu is all about authenticity. We are proud to serve only the best of the best – from premium cuts to carefully selected ingredients sourced both locally and abroad. Almost all items are made in-house; from our pasta, to the house-infused Limoncello to finish the meal. That is the level of attentiveness our chefs dedicate to every dish we serve to our guests,” says Chef Bruno.

Volti also features a comprehensive wine list including some of the best wines of Italy. Artisanal craft brews are kept crisp and cold. For guests who could not get enough of smokey treats, Volti’s smoked cocktails are a must-try.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday. Special menus can be created for 10 to 100 guests, making it the perfect venue for business gatherings, private celebrations, family dinners, engagements, and weddings.
