A 60-minute private coaching session will help you both to develop a full-year health and fitness plan. Complimentary 60-minute private yoga and personal training classes will invigorate the body and soul, and scheduled activities such as yoga, fitness, Pilates and meditation, plus steam room and sauna sessions, are included free-of-charge.
