Set between the glistening sea and the striking skyline, every element of Mercury Rooftop captivates the senses. The stunning design, crafted by the acclaimed Sundukovy Sisters, draws inspiration from the planet Mercury itself, with a dramatic bar and cosmic elements that heighten the rooftop space, making it feel like a starry sky painted with liquid gold accents.

Guest can enjoy seasonal dishes designed for sharing and signature elixirs, including Stellar Gold, a citrusy tequila blend sweetened with rosemary and orange blossom, Solar Eclipse, a twist on the Negroni, enhanced with cacao and Italian coffee beans. Cosmic Aura is Mercury’s enhanced and smooth take on the classic vodka sour, whilst Aurora Borealis pairs gin with elderflower and yuzu, finished with a striking red currant foam.

Whilst the stunning panoramas take centre stage, Mercury also presents a vibrant line-up of DJs every evening, setting the perfect soundtrack for nights under the stars.
