Rossini’s Italian Summertime lunch offer: In Bangkok, guests of Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, the iconic Luxury Collection Hotel, are invited to enjoy the spirit of an Italian summer with an enticing new weekday concept that lets diners curate their own culinary journey! Available throughout July at Rossini’s, the hotel’s Michelin-rated ristorante, this vibrant dining experience will showcase the finest and freshest ingredients to transport the senses to the rolling hills and sparkling seas of Italy.

Chef Giacomo Vinci, the highly skilled Executive Sous Chef who trained in Sicily and has worked at fine-dining restaurants and five-star hotels across Europe and Asia, has curated a collection of elegant entrées, mouth-watering main courses and delectable desserts that can be combined in two or three courses to create the ultimate set lunch for colleagues, couples, families and friends alike.

A choice of three highly authentic Italian appetizers includes Salsiccia al Finocchietto con Rucola, Parmigiano e Balsamico Invecchiato (Italian fennel sausages with rocket leaves, aged parmesan and balsamic vinegar), fresh Carpaccio di Salmone su Avocado, Barbabietola, Burrata e Pomodoro Candito (salmon carpaccio on avocado with burrata and tomato confit) and a sublime Zuppetta di Carota con Pinoli Tostati (carrot soup with toasted pine nuts).

These exquisite entrées can be followed by a selection of three mesmerizing main courses that capture the essence of Italian cuisine: Linguine al Pesto Genovese (linguine with basil pesto, soft potatoes and long beans), Filetto di Dentice Rosso su Insalata di Finocchi e Valeriana (red snapper on fresh fennel and corn and lettuce salad), or Bavetta di Manzo ai Ferri con Crema di Orzo, Funghi e Broccolini (grilled beef flank with barley sauce, mushrooms and broccolini).

And of course, every lunchtime can end on a sweet sensation with a choice of two desserts: Cantucci Sbriciolati su Ricotta Agli Agrumi e Fragole Fresche (crushed almond biscuits with citrus ricotta and fresh strawberries) or Spuma di Cioccolato Caldo su Granita al Rum Scuro (hot chocolate foam on dark rum granita).

Rossini’s new set lunch menu is available every weekday (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) from 12:00 – 14:30 hrs., between 1 July and 2 August 2024. Guests can curate their own two- or three-course menu, with a main course and a dessert priced at THB 720++, an entrée and a main course available for THB 880++, and the full three-course meal – entrée, main course and dessert – priced at just THB 1,200++.
