Chef de Cuisine Davide Giacomelli is enhancing the romantic ambiance of this special day with two specially curated 4-course Valentine’s Day Menu that will win the palates and warm the hearts, available for one evening only on 14 February 2023 at $158++ per person.

Commence the celebrations and open the night with a glass of champagne and the first course – Salmone, Carote, Zenzero Kumquat, Pana Cruda. Whetting the appetite, a symphony of flavours is orchestrated with a refreshing torched salmon with ginger carrot vinaigrette, kumquat pickles and sour cream. Segue perfectly into a hearty Italian specialty, Gnocchi di Patete, Tratufo Nero, Rucula, Parmigiano Reggiano and experience a reimagined classic dish with a luxurious twist. With freshly made potato gnocchi and arugula in a luscious bed of parmesan cheese, this dish brought to the next level with a topping of premium shaved black truffle.

On to the star of the show, the main course features two signature creations. For seafood lovers, the Capesante, Spinacino, Grenobloise features a plump serving of pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops over a bed of seasoned organic baby spinach, seaweed and capers that will be sure to satisfy any shellfish cravings. The Lomabata di Agnello alla Milanese, Yoghurt, Cavaile di Melazane e Menta serves up an unapologetic portion of breaded lamb tenderloin that is lathered with the perfect companion of yoghurt dressing, eggplant purée and mint.

End of the meal with a delicate dessert – the Romance Rose Chocolate Mousse Cake. Dressed in elegant, romantic hues, the dessert features a decadent cacao sponge with earl grey chocolate bliss and rose Chantilly. Embellished with a wild berry sorbet, this dessert is the perfect sweet touch to a fulfilling and blissful Valentine’s Day meal. For those seeking a meatless affair, an alternate vegetarian menu is also available at $158++ per person, with vegetarian options for the first and main course.

End of the night with a set of themed tipples made by LUCE’s in-house mixologists. Sip and savour on Adam ($24++), a gin-based cocktail which includes Pigskin gin, Green chartreuse, lime juice and homemade sour plum syrup or Lilith ($24++), a tequila-based cocktail mixed with lime juice and pomegranate syrup.
