Experience the InterContinental Black Truffle Beef Hor Fun, a luxurious take on the beloved Singaporean fried rice noodles. Savour the succulence of “ICON XB” premium Wagyu striploin, wok-tossed to perfection and paired with a velvety 63°C organic chicken egg, crowned with micro cilantro, black truffle, and shimmering gold flakes.
