The Wagyu Beef Burger offers an indulgent expression, featuring a 200g Australian Wagyu patty with aged cheddar, crispy bacon, and caramelised onions, brought together in a toasted brioche bun. For a hearty main course, the Mount Schanck Lamb Rack is presented with seasonal vegetables and natural jus, while the Traditional Wagyu Beef Bourguignon showcases a six-hour braised Wagyu beef cheek in a rich red wine reduction, paired with velvety potato mousseline. The Tom Yum Creamy Seafood Linguine showcases a contemporary twist where jumbo lump crab, Hokkaido scallops, and tiger prawns are enveloped in aromatic tom yum spices, lifted with lime and finished with a delicate saffron espuma.
